Successful implementations of OX Point solutions
Rohlík.cz - Martin Beháň, managing director
Rohlík.cz, one of the leaders of Czech e-commerce, needed to solve the delivery when customers are not at home. Together we introduced a network of chilled and unchilled delivery boxes with central control and PIN access. The system runs on proprietary software and is supported by the OX Point call centre. We have installed 36 boxes, five of which are in Prague. The solution has made the dispensing of orders faster and simpler, given the company greater flexibility and a positive response from customers and employees.
Foxconn - modernization of the locker room system
Foxconn needed to upgrade a locker room system for several thousand employees at one of its manufacturing plants. The goal was to improve security, speed up shift changeovers and centralize management. The solution was to install thousands of lockers with electronic locks, connected to an internal data network and the corporate system via Active Directory. Access is via existing RFID cards without the need for an internet connection, with the option of emergency opening. The new system has significantly speeded up operations, reduced losses and enabled full control without relying on external services. The system is also modular and ready for further expansion.
Elektro Skalka - the first customer who believed in the potential of the box
The owner of Elektro Skalka, Mr. Kozák, was the very first customer who purchased our dispenser. We got to know the company at the Letňany trade fair, where the idea of a dispensing box was initially received with caution - especially because of the highly specialised range of products such as vacuum cleaner bags. Despite the initial scepticism, the project turned into a successful implementation within a few months. Within a year of the first contact, the box stood in front of Mr. Kozák's e-shop and today serves as a fully functional drop-off point for orders from the e-shop. Mr. Kozak uses the box to conveniently dispense goods outside of standard business hours. The case shows that even smaller companies with a narrowly profiled product range can benefit significantly from a dispensing box.
DEK Stavebniny - pilot test and confirmation of the functionality of the dispensing boxes
DEK Stavebniny was looking for a way to expand its service offer outside normal opening hours and at the same time to make order dispatching more efficient. Together, we launched a pilot operation of a dispensing box located in front of one of their stores at the end of 2023. The aim was to test the technical and business functionality of this solution in real operation. The results exceeded expectations - positive feedback was received from both employees and customers, who were surprised by the ease of use and especially by how many people used the box in a short period of time. Based on the successful test, further development of the cooperation is now underway.
M2C - delivery of boxes as part of technological solutions
Security and technology company M2C uses OX Point dispensers in a specific B2B model - as standalone hardware without OX software. The boxes are integrated into complex technology solutions and resold to M2C's end clients. Our role is purely to supply equipment without the need for implementation or system management. This model confirms that OX Point dispensers can also work as an OEM product within B2B partner integrations.
