The luggage rooms are secure, insured and constantly monitored by a video surveillance system. If necessary, an operator is always ready to help you via the customer service centre.
Very easy to use. Payment is only possible by card. Credit card, but VPay is also accepted. We had size M and paid 6€ for the whole day. You can even fit two small carry-on bags in the locker. The machine can be set to German.
