How to operate OX Point boxes

Have you ordered a package to OX Point? As soon as it is ready for collection you will receive an SMS or email with a unique code and the address of the box. Just enter the code on the box terminal, the box will open and the parcel is yours!

1. You will receive a notification - Once your package is delivered, you will receive an SMS with the box address and unique code
2. Arrive at the OX Point - Go to the address in the text message and touch to activate the terminal screen
3. Enter code - Enter the code from the SMS on the touch screen
4. Mailbox opens - After verifying the code, the mailbox number will appear on the screen and the mailbox will open
5. Pick up the parcel and close the mailbox door. That's it!

Do you want to send a package? Send it via OX Point. Simply enter the carrier's details on the touch screen, place the parcel in the designated mailbox and confirm dispatch. The carrier will pick up the parcel and deliver it to your location.

1. Create a shipment - Create a shipment order in the app or on your preferred carrier's web interface
2. Arrive at the OX Point - Find your nearest OX Point, walk to it and touch the touch screen to activate the computer terminal
3. Send Package - Select "Send Package" on the screen, then select your preferred carrier and enter the submission code from the carrier.
4. Place the parcel in the mailbox - Use the mailbox whose number is displayed on the screen to send the parcel. If an insufficiently large mailbox was offered, select "Select another mailbox" on the screen and select your preferred size in the next step.
5. Insert the parcel and close the mailbox. That's it!

Have you bought goods online that you want to return? With OX Point, it's easy. Just create an order in the e-shop system, or use the form and return label supplied with the goods.

1. Come to an OX Point - Find your nearest OX Point, walk to it and touch the computer screen to activate the return form.
2. Send Package - Select "Send Package" on the screen, then select your preferred shipping company and enter the shipping code from the carrier.
3. Place the parcel in the mailbox - Use the mailbox whose number is displayed on the screen to send the parcel. If you are not offered a large enough mailbox, select "Select another mailbox" on the screen and select your preferred size in the next step.
4. Insert the parcel and close the mailbox. That's it!

Do you need to pass something on and don't have time to meet? That's why there's the "Hand to Hand" service, which allows contactless handover, both for private and corporate purposes.

1. Come to an OX Point - Find your nearest OX Point, walk to it and activate your computer screen by touching it.
2. Select "Luggage for All" on the screen and then select "Handover". Next on the screen, select the length of the luggage and select the size of the mailbox.
3. Verify sender - Enter your phone number and then click the verification code
4. Enter the recipient's phone number
5. Confirm the order recap and make the payment
6. Insert Shipment - The screen will display the mailbox number to insert the shipment into and close the mailbox. That's it!
