Have you ordered a package to OX Point? As soon as it is ready for collection you will receive an SMS or email with a unique code and the address of the box. Just enter the code on the box terminal, the box will open and the parcel is yours!

Send to
Send it via OX Point. Simply enter the carrier's details on the touchscreen, place the package in the designated mailbox and confirm the shipment. The carrier will pick up the parcel and deliver it to your location.

Return
Have you bought goods online that you want to return? With OX Point, it's easy. Just create an order in the e-shop system, or use the form and return label supplied with the goods.

Submit
Do you need to pass something on and don't have time to meet? That's why there is the "Hand to Hand" service, which allows contactless handover, both for private and corporate purposes.
