Rules of the “Get rid of your worries and go to hockey” competition

(the “Rules“)

A. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the competition is OX Point a.s., with its registered office at Štětkova 1638/18, 140 00 Prague 4, ID No. 09752251, registered under file number B 25847 at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. The subject of these Rules is to define the conditions under which competitors can participate in the competition “Get rid of your worries and go to hockey”, which is organized by the organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “competition“), as well as the conditions for the selection of winners and the handover of the prize by the organizer. By entering the competition, the contestant agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.
3. The Organiser hereby declares that:
   • The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram;
   • Instagram shall have no rights or obligations to the Contestants in the Contest.

B. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. To participate in the competition, you must meet the following conditions:
   • the contestant must have a personal profile on the social network Instagram when entering the competition;
   • Comply with the Instagram Terms and Conditions for the duration of the competition.
2. Employees of the Promoter and other persons who participate in any way in the Promoter’s activities, as well as persons close to persons excluded from participation in the competition by this article of the Rules, are excluded from the competition.
3. Participation in the competition is not conditional on the purchase of goods, services or payment of any other entry fee.

C. COMPETITION MECHANICS AND PRIZES

1. In order to participate in the competition, you need to complete the assignment:
   1. Like the organiser’s competition post on the instagram account @ox_point
   2. Tag one of your friends in the comments of the organiser’s post on the competition’s instagram account @ox_point.
   3. Start following @ox_point on Instagram.
   4. Share in your stories the organizer’s post about the contest from the instagram account @ox_point.
2. The contestant can participate in the contest from the time of publication of the post about the contest until May 19, 2024 7:00 p.m. The winners will be announced by the organiser on May 20 at 3pm in a post on the @ox_point instagram account.
3. The organizer reserves the right to exclude competitors from the competition:
   • who the organiser has found or has reasonable grounds to suspect are in breach of the rules, or
   • do not meet the conditions for participation in the competition, or
   • share vulgar, offensive, racist or otherwise inappropriate statements or posts within the Competition that are contrary to good manners or damage the Promoter’s reputation.
4. The competition has one winner who will get this prize: to become a VIP guest of the organizer at the quarter-final in the O2 arena in Prague on 23. May 2024, including one person he brings. These are seats located on the club floor next to the skyboxes in the middle above the playing area with catering entitlement throughout the quarter finals. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize if the original prize cannot be delivered to the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
5. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random using the Rafflys tool. Alternatively, the Winner of the Competition will be selected by the Promoter based on whether and how he/she has fulfilled the Competition brief. The selection of the winner is at the discretion of the Promoter.
6. After the winner is announced, the winner will immediately contact the Promoter by private message on Instagram as follows: write to the Promoter in an Instagram message and provide the details necessary to hand over the prize. If the winner does not notify the organiser in this way by 21. May 2024 until 15:00, the organizer will carry out on 21. May 2024 at 16:00 hours a new winner will be selected/drawn and notified in the same manner as the original winner or the prize will be retained by the Promoter.
7. If the winner rejects the prize, the Promoter will make the award by 21. May 2024 at 16:00 hours a new winner will be selected/drawn and notified in the same manner as the original winner or the prize will be retained by the Promoter.
8. There is no legal claim to the prize. Winners are not entitled to claim cash or any other consideration in lieu of the prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Rules. Any change to the Rules will be justified by the Promoter and notified to the competitors in a timely manner in the same way as the competition was announced.

D. PERSONAL DATA, COPYRIGHT

1. By entering the competition, the organiser is entitled to process the personal data of these competitors to the extent necessary for the competition to be held in accordance with the Rules, for the winners to be announced and for the prize to be handed over.
2. The organiser processes the personal data of the competitors as their controller to the following extent:
   • the organizer is entitled to process only the following personal data of the contestants – name and surname, resp. Instagram username, email address and phone number (for winners);
   • the organizer processes personal data for the purpose of ensuring the course, termination and announcement of the competition in accordance with the Rules and for the purpose of subsequent communication with the winners and handing over the prize;
   • the legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract (or the performance of what the Promoter has committed to in these Rules);
   • the organiser is entitled to process the personal data of the competitors for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the competition, unless the legislation in a particular case requires a longer processing (storage) period;
   • the competitor has the right to access, deletion, correction, restriction of processing, portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), all within the scope of the GDPR.

3. In the event that the Promoter wishes to use personal data for a purpose other than those set out in these Rules, e.g. to publish the name, surname and photograph of the winner on its website, etc., the Promoter will seek the express and voluntary consent of the person concerned.
